this song is about my first big crush when i was in highschool. i wrote it 4 years later after running into her in a local surf shop. I hadn't seen her since.  I wanted to ask her out for coffee but i didn't.  So i went home and wrote a song about what i wanted to say.......then a week after that, i ran into her again randomly at a coffee house. It was really hard not to tell her about the song.
